Job Description: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others while growing in your professional career? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor or a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) to join our team.

Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling services to clients with a focus on trauma-informed care. Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure effective treatment planning and progress tracking.
Participate in training opportunities to enhance clinical skills, including trauma-focused modalities. Document client progress and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations. Offer support to clients in achieving their therapeutic goals while fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Actively engage with clients from the African American community to provide culturally responsive care. Build and maintain a caseload of 20-25 clients per week or more to qualify for bonus opportunities.
Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, Current LCMHC or LCMHCA licensure in North Carolina.
