I am a therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, young adults, and adults navigate the many twists and turns that life can bring. I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported with kindness, empathy, and respect.
Many people carry silent struggles like anxiety that won’t ease up, sadness that feels heavy, questions about who they are, or challenges in their relationships. For mothers, these struggles can feel even more intense. I have a special passion for working with mothers and caregivers who often wonder, “Where did I go in the middle of all this?”
Motherhood is deeply meaningful, but it can also be overwhelming, lonely, and full of moments that make you question who you are beyond being a mom. I help women find their way back to themselves, reconnect with the parts of their identity that feel lost, and build the inner strength to handle the demands of life without losing sight of who they are.
In my work, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and other integrative approaches, always adapting what I do to fit your unique story and needs. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you can share your thoughts and feelings without judgment, gain new insights, and discover practical tools to help you cope, heal, and grow.
It is a true privilege for me to walk beside my clients as they move toward greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
If you’re ready, or even just curious, about what therapy could offer you, I’d love to connect and see how I can help support you on your journey.
