Reaching out for support isn’t weakness. It’s strength. It takes real courage to face what you’ve been carrying on your own and choose to take control of your life. You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode. My role is to stand beside you as we cut through the noise, find solid ground, and rebuild a sense of clarity, purpose, and confidence that’s fully your own.
My drive is to support those who carry the silent weight of expectations, pressure, and responsibility. Many of the folks I work with are high functioning but privately battling stress, anger, grief, or the feeling that they can’t let their guard down. Together, we focus on emotional awareness, stronger communication, and breaking free from the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected or stuck.
I also work with children, teens, parents, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, direct, and grounded in understanding the whole person—mind, body, and environment. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to create real, lasting change.
Whether it’s helping you process the weight they’ve carried alone, supporting families in healing after trauma, or guiding individuals through emotional pain and self-doubt, I offer a space that is steady, honest, and focused on forward movement.
