Seeking support can feel overwhelming, but it’s also one of the most courageous steps you can take toward healing. I often think of therapy as a journey through a forest—sometimes the path feels unclear, the light dim, and the weight of the trees heavy. My role is to walk beside you, helping you find your footing and notice the small rays of light that guide you forward. I’m passionate about walking alongside children, teens, parents, and individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strength. I have experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, parenting stress, trauma, and life transitions. I also support children who have experienced abuse or witnessed trauma, as well as parents who are learning to rebuild connection and confidence in their parenting. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in understanding the whole person—mind, body, and environment. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to meet each client where they are and support meaningful, lasting growth.
Whether it’s helping a child manage big emotions, supporting families in healing after trauma, or empowering individuals facing anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, I strive to create a safe and affirming space where growth and hope can take root. Together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in the way of peace and connection, while building tools to foster resilience, confidence, and self-compassion. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but with patience, support, and understanding, change is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone
