I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. As a trauma therapist trained in EMDR, I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can process painful experiences, rediscover their strengths, and move toward lasting healing. I have a special heart for working with young adults and new mothers as they navigate trauma, anxiety, life transitions, identity changes, and the emotional weight that can come with these seasons of life.
For teens and young adults, life can bring unique pressures, including academic stress, relationship challenges, family expectations, self-esteem concerns, social media pressures, uncertainty about the future, and the difficult process of discovering who you are becoming. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their emotions, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop healthy coping skills, and strengthen their ability to navigate life with greater confidence and emotional awareness.
I also provide compassionate support for new mothers experiencing postpartum anxiety, depression, overwhelm, changes in identity, relationship stress, or difficulty adjusting to motherhood. Becoming a mother can be both beautiful and incredibly challenging, and I understand the importance of having a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment.
My clinical approach is trauma-informed and rooted in empathy, authenticity, and genuine connection. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal from the past, build resilience in the present, and step into the future with greater hope, confidence, and peace. My goal is for every client to leave therapy knowing they are not alone, their experiences matter, and healing is possible.
