I’ve been the strong one, the helper, the one who keeps going — even when I was breaking inside. I know what it’s like to live with anxiety that steals your peace, to silently carry the weight of postpartum struggles, to feel burned out from giving to everyone but yourself, and to question your purpose in the middle of it all. I’ve sat in therapy wondering if I’d ever feel like myself again — and that healing journey is what led me here.
I’m Briana Denkins, MSW, LCSW-A, and I believe in creating a space where you can just be. No pressure, no judgment — just room to breathe, reflect, and heal. I currently offer virtual sessions, and I can incorporate a faith-based lens if that aligns with your journey. Therapy with me is always centered on your needs, your story, and your goals.
My work is rooted in a holistic, trauma-informed approach, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and person-centered care. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, shifts in motherhood identity, or spiritual disconnection, our work will honor your mind, body, and spirit.
I also have a deep passion for supporting youth and young adults. From teens dealing with academic pressure or identity struggles, to college students feeling lost, anxious, or overwhelmed, I provide a safe space to unpack it all, build confidence, and find clarity in who you are becoming.
