At Our Story Counseling, we are here to help you regain power over your narrative. To find your joy and your light. So many times we experience things that feel like they define our life. There is a way to regain control over your story, and we want to help you do it!
Our Services
We offer a variety of counseling modalities to meet the unique needs of our clients. We assist in taking the sting out of your trauma, resolving the core conflict of anxiety, depression, life transitions, learning assertiveness, anger management and finding your voice.
Our Approach
We use a client-centered approach, working collaboratively with our clients to identify their goals and develop a customized treatment plan. We use brainspotting and EMDR to process trauma, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other relevant processes.
